Good question . Since its final, it already comes in seperate partition. Thats why we have not included it.

@because2022 sir at 12:32 q0 with input signal a goes to state q1 which belongs to another group , so why did you not separate q0 as an individual group , you said only the states which have resultant states from the same group should be put in a group

Good question. Actually we should see if q0 and q2 on a goes to some state in different partitions of previous step. However they both go to set containing q1. Hence no need to split.

Sir.in my question i have two input Transition 0 and 1...but one state doesn't have Transition 1 it only have 0 Transition to other state then what will be my 0 transition ?shall i remove that node from question and proceed with the remaining states or else continue by replacing null at 1 Transition!!

We should not see if a state goes to same group on both 0 and 1. See 0 separately and 1 separately. If it goes to same group on 0 and same group on 1, then they can be combined.
