David O. Markus was such a breath of fresh air. It's so nice to have a voice of reason, reality, and facts to counter Mystal's blustering. Elie is an activist, not a scholar in any way (at least in the way he presents himself). And he made it clear when he said he was upset by the court "taking away rights." While that is frustrating, it's unfair to attack the court based on the results; attack the process. And while there is process to be attacked and criticized, he never does it. He just yells, "the world is going to end because Republicans and conservatives." And he loses all credibility among those with any critical thinking.
