I just started my email list a few weeks ago. Having a really hard time getting people to subscribe and getting the word out. Maybe late spring is not the best time to start one since everyone is going on break.

Don't worry, everyone has a hard time. I averaged 1 subscriber a day for the first year. Just do it and send an email every week. Congrats on taking the big step!
