I have to tell you, everyone who has plants kills some of them, or at least has mixed results. It's not a big deal, we are all learning! And in the end, you will be able to salvage a lot of this plant, which is great. The leaves are beautiful.

I'm just learning to grow foliage plants and the body count is rising. I've been in the cactus/sturdy succulent game for a long time, but I'm expanding my horizons, much to the dismay of several Tradescantia, quite a few Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, and a truckload of the more delicate succulents. I tend to forget all the cactus I've killed since I was a little girl. I rarely recall the death toll of my Strings of Pearls. We don't talk about the lithops. Shhh. Everyone who grows plants will kill plants. We make mistakes or we buy plants that aren't at their best. It happens.

Becca, you are just as real as we all are, we learn from our experiences, it was a gorgeous huge plant, but surface looks can be deceiving, I think once you figured it out you did what you could to save as much of the plant as you did, and it's alive that is the important part, and you will have a few plants once you plant the other cuttings, and they will be beautiful. We all love our plant babies and only want the best, keep loving those babies, and keeping it real, see you in your next video, bye for now.

Just a q & A questions- are you using plants instead of flowers in your wedding bouquet? I know a lot of people now are using succulents instead of flowers. And now you have your ghost cactus what other plant do you really want? Can you talk about how you style your plants and how/where you will put them in your new home- maybe a tour of where they will go, and do you have an outside area in your new home for your cacti? Glad the pothos is doing well. I had a similar thing happen to mine and I re-rooted it in water and now it's healthy. I love plants like pothos that you can do that with.

I didn't see the original video -- what were you doing to your Njoy pothos that was incorrect? Alsooo! Yay! I'm so glad you've decided to do a Q&A video! Heres what I want to ask: 1) Which plant are you most proud to own (ie. revived or rare)? 2) Aside from plants, do you have any other interests or hobbies? 3) How did you meet your partner? 4) Are you a teacher? Why did you choose your career pathway? 5) What is your favourite place on Earth and why? I would ask more but then I would just be considered nosey after this point! XD

Omg I had the same thing happen with a pothos n'joy I got from Lowe's. I was so happy with how lush and healthy it looked and when I repotted it, I found it was made up of mostly unrooted cuttings and cuttings with root rot, etc. I tried to save them, but most were too far gone, with the mushiness spreading soon after.

I found myself in the same exact situation this summer with a Huge $20 Snow Queen. She was so Happy and Perky other than being completely root bound. Very little soil left in the 8" original pot. Gently broke her apart and made 8 plants too. I was not expecting to lose so many plants. I didn't even think of taking them out of soil and put them in water since I kept them with some established roots. Ugh!! They developed root rot in the new very airy soil. Was it the shock??

There's no help for my problem on KZbin! I received a pothos from Amazon that looked amazing until I repotted from is training pot. I learned that it was a pot full of cuttings. It's been a month and I have maybe 4 out of 20 cuttings struggling to survive. I'm glad I watched this because I've kept it under a grow light. I'll no longer do that. I've put it in fast draining soil(because I was drowning it) and put a fan near it to help dry it faster after watering. I've watched everything there is on pothos care, but nothing helps my particular situation. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you! PS. I live in Colorado. Dry climate.

Yup i was 3yrs late to comment but this njoy plant doesn't really like to be water and put in the bright light. When I was watching ur other video of big plant and u placed it into water, was very sure it would get root rot and was worried. After delivered to me, small njoy was too gorgeous, when watered after a week, got mushy & died. I got the 2nd one small too, had it in growlight, almost brown one leaf so there, I learned again heehhe. still have it though, worrying coz I watered a bit yet the 2 leaves are yellowing....But this is so beautiful that I can't give up. Great that u saved the half of them, hope they would love longer, any update of them😊
