Feel better soon Becca, I've been a bit congested myself. Great item to help relieve congestion. It's herbal called Olbas Oil and it is amazing, if you can't get it then some menthol crystals and in a bowl put about a half teaspoon into a bowl top up with boiling water. Get a towel and envelope your head and the bowl using the towel. Breathe in the steam for as long as you can bear it. Look after yourself ❤❤❤ PS I loved the wrapping vlog it was as if a couple of friends got round the table chatting. Thank you. If you want help with the pronunciations of the French names etc, just let me know ❤❤❤❤

Aww the changing of the weather sucks! Gets me every year around this time! I’m feeling a lot better, although now I have an awful kink in my neck 😭 threw it out while putting in my jacket this morning 🤦🏼‍♀️ and thank you for the suggestion!! I’ll have to try it next time I’m sick which I’m sure won’t be long from now. I’m usually sick off and on all fall and winter 😭 and I’m so glad you liked the wrapping! It was relaxing talking while doing it, made it less of a chore lol

@BeccaOnABudget You're such a lovely lass. You've also been working a lot and that makes you run down and open to germs. Glad to hear you're feeling better. Here someone told me to boil lemonade and drink hot. Boil an onion and drink the water you boiled it in. Also there is the fantastic "Spicy Nonno," who likes to drink the water that comes out when wilting spinach. He calls it tea, but he's beat cancer 3 times and is very active at 87, so perhaps he's got something 😆 ❤️❤️❤️

Damn lol. Josh sometimes makes a tonic with apple cider vinegar, cut onion, honey, turmeric, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and sometimes some garlic. Tastes awful but does the trick lol
