My Garden owner friend advised me to plant to the ground variegated plant which lost variegation under full sunlight. Just leave it there for quite sometime until it rebound to its variegated form. Do not be in a hurry. Give the plant all the time it need to recover.

Hello Sir Bechoy, agree with squamiferum slow grower sila ang tagal magdahon. For lynette ok naman sila,pagkabili ko stable na siya with 3 leaves then after a month nilipat ko sa bigger pot pero hindi ko inuproot dinagdagan ko lang ng coco peat 7 leaves na siya ngayon,nakarain or shine

Thanks nasama ako sa pagbati at shoutout sir. Magaganda po sets of plants nyo on this episode. Hindi naman siguro regrets kundi a bit of disappointment sa ating sarili as growers na hindi natin nakuha ung ineexpect natin sa mga nabili natin... prolly nasa adjustmwent period pa sila, kc merun tlga specie na mhirap makuha timpla but atleast buhay pa rin naman sa piling natin give it more time baka makita na natin yung inaasahan natin. :) maganda rin nabanggit nyo ung reallife xp when it comes to ordering/delivering plants po.

I'm not sure pero sabi dun sa live selling na napanood ko, pag yung mga variegated plants nagrevert sa non-var. form n'ya, probable na kulang sila sa light exposure kaya nag-adapt yung plant i-let go yung variegation n'ya to have more chlorophyll sa leaves, to produce more food through photosynthesis.

For your variegated burle marx an old plant seller advice me to cut every new upcoming green leaf for the plant to be forced to release new leaf with variegation same applies to tri color and variegated homalomena.

Couldn’t agree more. P. silver sword is a very slow grower but i find it helpful putting them somewhere with a very high humidity. I get new leaves every 2 weeks after i put my silver sword in my glass cabinet

Alam mo,Ang certified plantito and plantita Kung napalaki mo ang isang halaman at napalago mo.huwag mag regret kapag hindi pa cya nakitaan nang progress,yong iba jan,maganda at malaki ang mga dahon at naglush na kasi bong bibili nla talagang malaki at naglush na cya,ok lang basta napalaki mo cya😍Kung mag sakit cguro pagalingin mo,,,yan ang certified plantita😍😍😍

Yes relate ako Jan sa regret buying.... calatheas all varieties I considered my self a failure plantita already very slow grower under my care kung sa tao p pwd naging sabihin na sobrang sakitin😪😔😌 but still surviving. My black velvet? Slowly fading before the final goodbye.....😪😔😌 But all my philodendron and other plants?...wow nkk inspired and feeling proud..... Thanks for sharing your story Bechoy😇

Very slow grower talaga si "giant" squamiferum. Pero si "dwarf" squamiferum ay mabilis lumago, mabilis dumami ang vines at dahon.

Same po tayo sa white wizard na parang may pattern. Nabasa ko sa isang plant group na virus talaga yn daw and need icut off yung leaves na meron virus and isolate dn. Pero yungvsa akin isolate lng muna and wait for upcoming leaves kung same pa din so icut ko na. Yung silver sword ko po bought it na juvenile leaves same as yours. Nilagyan ko po ng pole and after 7 months mature form na po yunh leaves nya. Slow grower po tlaga and problem ko is d mabilis mapropagate ksi mahiyain dn yung aerial roots nya. Hehe

just a simple idea in maintaining good variegation on a certain plant, dapat dw bawasan gumamit ng fertilizer na may high component/concentration of nitrogen. also, do not super feed with urea if mag fertlize kasi mas mag poproduce dw sila ng mas maraming green pigment which could loose the variegation..ambot sakto ba kha ko...hahahah... mas mainam na potassium and gamitin to help maintain the plant variegation and na maintain na yong color variegation, COMP[LETE ferti;izer (40-40-40) is good to use. naay 40-40-40?hahahahah...ambot lang kai wala koi palit palit..ahahahah

You must buy the top cut propagation plant because it is fast grower. If you buy plants with two cuts (up and down), they are slow grower.

I noticed po sir, prang half po nung plants that you Regretted Buying are the Variegated ones that either reverted or are not variegating well… I’ve heard and read po that there is a “Fertilizer” used specially for variegated plants…? I’m still researching on this… but as far as I’ve learned, when using balanced or High Nitro fertilizers, the plants tend to turn more green and lush… Could it be also the cause of the variegated plants reverting to its original form or state?…

Suggestion: since you have plants which you regretted buying you can sell it half the original price. Pwedeng libre or donate these to orphanages/hospice which cannot afford to buy these. Part of your CSR. 😊
