Beckenbauer Cayman S (718) bumping Ishigami 911 GT3 (991). Reminds me that Beckenbauer is indeed an experienced Germany Touring Car racing driver where contact like this is pretty common. But try not doing this in open wheel Formula cars.

This is the difference deriving from Japanese drivers and european drivers. Japanese drivers are so gentle That they dont make little contact while racing But Europeans are not For them bumping while racing is normal To know about,Just watch BTCC or dtm😂

That bump is normal or even necessary on european endurance race like in nurburgring.

@@owenchuarbx Shinji is just that type of driver, he doesnt mind scrapping bushes or the guardrail because he aims to get as close as he can to the ideal line. Beckenbauer on the other side looks like he runs clean unless he actually needs to, he intentionally bumped Ishigami to throw him off his line and slow him down. Shinji just... the second his line is invaded he bumps to try and keep it at any cost. I do know the frenchie on the alpine is the bumping type though, he and beckenbauer in the manga bumped cars while fighting to get ahead of each other.
@justkev10446 ай бұрын
@@owenchuarbx the bump wasnt necessary, the inside line is short enough to save him time. and no this isnt a switchback, the cayman went side by side cuz 911's large hairpin line was so bad

I would say, it's driver factor. Beckenbauer said the 911 GT3 (991) isn't losing to a Cayman S (718), it's Ishigami Fuujin couldn't bring to it's full potential because he too scared or still an amateur old man driver (at least that's for Beckenbauer)

Big word for someone who didn't see 911 being driven to the limit...no matter how much Porsche tried to suppress this beast, it'll always be a tail swinging widowmaker once all the shackles are broken.

@@kakapo1919 I live in Germany and its very common to carfully ram in curves or in a battle. DTM, Touring Cup, Porsche Cup show it pretty well here. Happens alot while dive bomb or when they take the inside.
