in my household we make it as chutney. shortcut. xD we chop the meat into small cubes,mash the veggies once the water dries up and add chopped leeks or naga chives(chinese onion/aloo lasung),garlic,onion,or naba or tulsi,whatever we prefer,right before the curry is taken off the stove. multi-flavored dish 👌
