Thanks a lot, Ridd, for bringing such high-value conversations! I am a founding designer, and I can't mention enough how much your videos have helped me to answer questions by listening to people who have been there and have been a crucial part behind such big companies. I literally added a "To Watch" list of the conversations discussed in the video - a great idea to summarize old conversations and increase their discoverability! A small request: I would love to see a founding designer of an India-based company that is doing really well, such as Swiggy, Zomato, or Razorpay. More power to you! ✨

Love the format of the video, and every idea felt like it added to the last one. Great flow to the video, and every single idea felt actionable and relatable to my experience working with startups. This video also helped me realized why I love working with startups--all of these ideas really resonated with me. It's really hard to switch back to more traditional, corporate roles when you are used to approaching products and design in this way.
