Been waiting for another video with Emily. Hope she does more. Biomechanics is so important and it is not taught enough by instructors everywhere. I would love to see her talk about and show us more on riding with the core and correct use of it in combination with the rider’s other aids (of course, the half halt) and how to use the core and seat for controlling or regulating rhythm, tempo, length of stride and transitions and so on.
