Hey guys, it's been a minute since we posted a video, but we're back with a bang, some big advice, and tactics for preventing choking and getting into a flow state during high pressured games. Hope you love it! Now, these videos can take a lot of time to put together, especially the video editing and creation of the visuals. But somehow on top of working full-time hours elsewhere, our video editor Bryan keeps finding time to make these videos beautiful. So if you like the video, then show him some love by dropping a comment!

The intro is so spot on. I play so good in practice, but when I play with others online I choke. It's as if I can't access that skill. When I try to do what I do in practice I do it, but it's in a sloppy way. Can't wait to watch the rest of this.

Future Video Idea: based on my Circumstances. “How to Rank Up in Ranked Games, even after many How To Tutorials are just not working for you.” Literally, I’ve been binge watching and doing experiments that end up failing, so, I’m still stuck in a certain Rank. So, all that is not paying off whatsoever.

I actually second this, making them as widely accessible would be great (there are many allergies, diets, and religions that can limit what certain people eat). Pectin is a common gelatin replacement

I’m not even joking every game I have played I always fold under pressure cause I always get a sudden wave of negative thoughts or I try to calculate 10 million different plays at once. My friends even say that if I had a better mindset I would go from a .5 kd to 1.0 kd in siege if I had confidence

Listen.I wont get specific cause i'll sound pretentious. But ive competed at some high level situations before. This is gonna sound really silly but if youre an adult the 2 best consistent things for me to kill that pressure before i have to perform against the best of the world is warm up extremely hard before hand. Like 30min - 1 hour .. and meditate for 3 minutes right before the match *AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING* (the reason im writing this) .. Take a shot of alcohol before your 3 min meditation. ONLY do this when its time to perform .. not in other situations. Im a VERY anxious person and anything simple sets off my anxiety. I once heard a story of an Olympic arrow shooter guy who was amazing and said he'd take a shot of alcohol before it was time for him to perform to calm him and man it helps me to levels i cant explain. Too much alcohol and you make too cocky BAD decisions... You want it half of the feeling of tipsy.. Tipsy is already too far. You just want to barely .. barely feel it .. almost not feel it at all. But its working wonders in calming you down and raising your focus neurologically. recap : Warm up for 30 min straight to the point it hurts your fingers and arm - Shot of alcohol - meditate for 3min .. start match
