For people wondering since it wasn't mentioned in the video, here are the workers used at the beginning of the layout, as well as all of the specifications allocated to them. Once you have first build the layout, you want to hire; 1 Restockers, 2 Finance Reps, and 1 Manager. Within the manager settings, you want to switch `Instant Delivery` on to receive goods without the need of a vehicle. You also want to switch the `Amount to Stock` to 100%. Once you have started the layout and made the money necessary, you will be able to hire more staff. This includes; 1 Janitor and 1 Guard. Make sure that with the addition of the Janitor, you also build a Dumpster close to one of the exits of the store, so your employee(s) can empty the bins properly. The rest is self explanatory and the video does a good job at explaining the more broad details to the build. :)

When you get 32 money trees you can sell whatever. I believe vehicles also sell well at that point of the game. But since I havent calculated it yet, I suggest getting 50-100 money trees before you sell vehicles.

Sounds odd. Setting it on 200% and instant delivery should help you out. If you run delivery driver, then the delivery driver might be the issue.

I think you only should sell furniture cuz customers expect things within categories right, but it might work. You can do whatever really, it is up to you, but if your goal is to become as rich as possible you should sell furniture until 32 money trees, then small electronics and then vehicles.

Your in debt cuz of the manager. Dont worry, it isnt a problem. Just let the store run for a while and you Will earn. Also, use instant delivery for furniture, unless you have a semi or a helicopter.

Im trying to farm money trees and cant seem to find the best items to sell. Is there a chart that has the fastest sold items to their first milestone? Like for example (not actual estimates) pans take 20 minutes to get to their milstone of 7,000 sold but pots take 40 minutes to get to there milestone of 7000 and a what would a good setup be? I generally Just go for the easy way. First furniture until 32 money trees, then start from the top and go down. Sell maybe 10 items at a time, get 2 money trees per item, then switch. I dont know of any chart btw, unfortunately not.

Not really no. If you had 44k (I believe it was) when you began, you should have enough... Guess you Just need to rewatch the video and pay extra attention. If you opened the store before stocking, then worker fees might have been your problem, but i cant know.

Well, in order to earn money as fast as possible, I suggest you to use instant delivery all until you can afford a semi truck later in the game. The reason is that furniture is really large, and requires a good truck.

Try rewatching the video, copying the exact same layout, same workers, making sure robbers wont steal anything, and playing on a private server. All of that guarantees you at least 60k/hr.
