The following techniques help me for focused learning: 1 - I spent 05-10 min to write and make a todo list for tomorrow work, so on tomorrow I first work on the todo list and then the other tasks. 2 - Before starting and after ending my work, I pray to Allah Pak for helping me in making my day productive and give barkat in my time. Hopefully, it will help for everyone.

I also use this Pomodoro technique but I do 45mins interval or sometime 50mins. It is super helpful for a person like me who always work on the last hours of deadline (super lazy)
