There was a moment when both Michael and Myron talked about the things that you have to “buy” (with time, decisions, character, etc.). That hit the most for me. Two men who aren’t jockeying for position, but are FULL of info/wisdom and showing a framework that’s not impossible. As a burgeoning entrepreneur, this is a huge boost and reminder to dig deeper.

My biggest take-a-way: Revenue, cost of sales, gross, gross profit margins, operating expense, net profit, profit margin...is there enough capacity in my business to create the type of success I want to see in each of these areas?
