The most important thing I’ve learned about sticking to goals this year is that I will not be perfect, and will continually need to re-start my good habits. Instead of thinking of the starting as a one-time event, the reality is just imperfectly starting over again and again and again.

I love this! 🌟 Embracing the idea of "starting over" as a continual process, rather than a one-time event, is such a powerful mindset shift. It’s not about perfection-it's about persistence and showing up, no matter how many times you need to begin again. Keep going, and remember that each restart is a step forward! 💪😊

That failure is feedback needs to be on a mug or desk decor. I needed that. I’m a perfectionist that is afraid to fail and afraid to succeed. ( Because) I set a high bar and ppl always expect me to meet the goal. I LOVE the feedback approach. Great video…as always ❤

Understanding that “failure is feedback” is SO helpful in taking the pressure off and seeing mistakes as part of the process, not the end of it. I totally get what you’re saying about the high bar; that’s a lot to carry, but you’re doing great just by showing up and trying. Proud of you!!!

Big thumbs up! I think for me it was the motivation myth. Showing up for myself and those who depend on me daily is what I now try to do consistently. I am committed to keep showing up in the new year. Wake up, get up, and do what I need to do. I'm so grateful your content was sent my way. It has been a blessing, and it helps me stay accountable. I tune in and the day's video just hits the spot. Thank you. Enjoy this beautiful time of the year and continued blessings for 2025! ❤🙏

Sister this was SOOOOO GOOD! I REALLY appreciated your thoughts regarding Jan 1st, that you're still celebrating the new year so I need not obligate myself to make that the day when I press "record" & "play" buttons. Your explanation of Motivation also resonated with me as well!

I'm so glad you found it helpful! ♥ It's so easy to put pressure on ourselves to start everything on January 1st, but the truth is, every day is a new opportunity to begin. 🌱 I'm still navigating the start of the year!!! I'm so happy the thoughts on motivation resonated with you-sometimes it’s about finding the right moment to start, and it doesn’t have to be tied to a specific date. You’ve got this! 💖

Great video and thank you for pushing yourself to make it for ppl like me that need these gems of motivation 💕 a few are my issue - starting 1/1 , the big goal, new year new me, the failure. The whole video ticked some check mark

Thank you so much for your sweet words! 💖 It’s so easy to get caught up in the pressure of big goals and the "new year, new me" mindset, but remember, it's all about progress, not perfection. I'm proud of you for recognizing those areas and taking it one step at a time. You’ve got this! 🌟✨

Love this video! I’ve never heard of the ‘2 min’ rule, but it makes so much sense. I’ve gotta start using that to get myself to the gym more often 😂

Loved your honesty in this video, like 12 weeks format, wasn't for you ❤ Please make a video about the 3 domains (Faith..) and how you exactly do it.
