So if you have bought a Rose bike be ready for the worst customer service ever. You broke some parts that aren't available online but are available in their offline shops? They won't send it to you. They won't try to find some workaround. They won't answer emails or messages. They will just send you one notification after another about the delivery delay - 7-week delay, 14-week delay... Just leaving you without a bike for MONTHS.
