hey man so the point of a belly warmer is this. as you body's core temperature declines it starts pulling heat from the non essential parts of your body, ie fingers, toes and nose, and pulls it back towards your core in an attempt to preserve your vital organs, ie heart, lungs, liver etc, and that is how you lose body parts to frost bite. so if you have something keeping your core at a normal temperature then there is no need to pull blood from other areas of the body there for lowering the chance of contracting frost bite.

Banner kings with RBM, diplomacy and war and AI tweaks is basically medieval life simulator. War is heavily disincentivized (people typically don't like being in massive conflicts every 2 months) and peace time is much longer with the AI actually trying to make money and influence. Wars typically aren't more than skirmishes in the early game since most lords don't have enough influence to call massive armies all the time until later

@@Shinigami-cl7qi 1.1.5 is what I'm playing on, but all those mods get updated fairly frequently. I actually removed Diplomacy because bannerkings has its own diplomacy thing and they were interfering with each other

After playing Banner Kings, I can never go back to Bannerlord without it. You can play 50 mods without BK, and the game would still fell like bare bones compared to playing with it. Awesome vid!

Almost depressing how a modder manages to create all that so quickly after game launch. This mod looks so interesting I might actually play Bannerlord again, looking forward to you showcasing all the new things. Regarding belly warmers: Stomach is one of the major parts of the body that generates body heat. As a slightly gruesome example, if someone is bleeding or hypothermic and has cold hands & feet, they are still relatively okay. But a cold stomach means they are almost a goner.

The same tools that the actual developers used to make the game, that modders are using to make content (With a significantly smaller team) way faster than the actual dev team is with a huge budget. There's no excuse for how slowly they've been adding content into the game. It's been a huge controversy in the community for a while. Their "Full release" is an unfinished game.

Bannerkings is a great mod but is also VERY CTD heavy and can outright stop your games from loading and or even starting up so use it with caution.

I've not once had a problem with it and I'm using rbm, dismemberment and a few others and my games been fine. Ofcourse it took a little while to load at first but now it's all smooth gaming

With companions skill xp issue you may want to add tutelage from steam workshop. It gives 10 xp per 100 skill levels based on the highest in your party. Great for those hard to train skills. It's slow but helpful.

I tried the indebted lord start yesterday and they really need to nerf the influence degradation. I played for 2 hrs and had enough denars to buy w/e I wanted as far as armor or weapons were concerned, but I have -680 influence lol. Despite joining armies, killing and capturing lords, and winning battles/sieges. You just can't reverse the influence degredation, and it's supposed to last for 5 years. Adventurer start it is lol.

I know the Smithing skill is not really your "thing", but I'd love to see a smithing focused playthrough; You make your own gear, and the gear of your companions. I mean, why pay a fortune for gear when you can literally make everything yourself, in cultural whatever style you want.
