as someones who's coming back from a severe leg Injury I'm excited to see where your going with your journey and where you can help me back in shape, I'd definitely be interested in maybe a tab series ? alot of civilians maybe would like that idea and obviously people looking to join the army would need some pointers and tips on how to load for a tab , tips and maybe a schedule plan could help. Hey mate! Some cool ideas! Whats the injury? If you’re recovering then I’d steer clear of tabbing for now haha strengthen and build the foundation first. I’ve got plenty of strength content lined up that should help!

@@djrxp I had a triple break 🤣 dont ask , its healed 90% now bones all good I'm over a year after it so been strength training and light cycling to keep it all good I have no issues under load or doing stability related stuff for ligament improvement

@@djrxp 100% a few of my mates have had similar injuries from mountain bike injuries and rushed back in 6/8months and still limping about or having mobility issues time is a healer mate tonne of ice baths each day good tukka and plenty of mobility
