There are lots of blogs/videos online with great advice however I would say that you have just got to try and show your personality, passion for your culture and also your relevant experience. Even if you don’t have hospitality or retail experience, try and talk about your transferable skills. Also the bet bit of advice I got was that Disney are looking for employees, not fans. You need to have that balance of liking Disney and also being a good employee! I hope this helps :)
