You doing well there Mansa, keep it up bhuti. I'd like to correct something, they say Nkosazana means ma'am, in fact Nkosazana means Miss/Mistress (that's an unmarried young lady/woman) also means Princess may also mean the first/eldest daughter. Ma'am/ Madam (married woman) is Nkosikazi. You as a young man if you want to be respectful to a young lady you may say "Sawubona Nkosazana" especially with a smile, Zulu young ladies realy do appreciate that.

Yebo means yes, however, it can also be used as a response to a greeting (This explains the "Hello too"). Nkosazana can be ma'am (madam) or princess if I'm not mistaken. (So Nkosazana Daughter might mean Princess Daughter). Great job 🎉🔥👍

NKOSAZANA. Let me help you young bro. I love your zeeel and hard work. The word "nkosazana" simply refers to a firstborn who is a girl. The word is loosely used to give respect to any woman, but in actuality it simply refers to a firstborn girl. So, maybe the word "lady" insread of madam, is much better in this regard.
@maxaluta361810 ай бұрын
Nkosazana mainly means princess. You also say nkosazana to refer to a young woman or daughter. Not ma'am.
@MfezekoMatshoba10 ай бұрын
Sawubona is hello. Direct translation is something like "I see you/We see you" (My people see you/your people) Yebo means yes. But it also gets used when responding to Sawubona. I guess it could mean something like "Hello to you too" (App: Hello too). Nkosazana means princess. But I guess it is used as "Miss" too. Not sure about Ma'am. AmaZulu can correct me here :)
