Becoming a Food Influencer made me Obese - My Weight Loss Journey

It has been a wild past few years and I am so grateful for every single person who has supported me throughout the years. Weight is such a tricky topic because it can really be triggering and a hard topic to talk about. I hope I was able to get my message out, this video was quite hard for me to film. The fact that you made this entire video and packed it full of half truths, and continue doing press about how your weight loss has been this organic natural process… Lol, you are fooling nobody. Taking prescription uppers (literally highly controlled substances) directly suppress your appetite and results in rapid weight loss. Pretending to be an aloof about how you are maintaining a caloric deficit is just really gross.

I’ve heard this too. I think it’s been long enough where I’ve started to build healthier eating habits and am just consuming less food in general. I’ve also cut down drinking a lot. I think the maintenance will be easier.

Not sure if this will help but you meantioned genetics so here I go. I recommend doing some research into your family ancestry to get an idea of how to do your diet based on what your ancestors largely ate. My ancestors ate mostly meats and greens, and nuts and grains, but little fruit due to cold climate (larger fruits like warmer longer growing seasons). After changing my diet to fit this, which mostly just switched my calorie sources from carbs to fats, the weight (70lbs) fell off in months.

He’s literally on pill versions of Ozempic. The 2 meds he’s taking are prescription uppers which suppress appetite and result in rapid weight loss. He says it himself in the video that this has been easy because of the medication.
