While, yes, that is the minimum standard, it requires a combination of technical prowess, data fluency, and strategic (G2M) competency. In other words, a revenue operations professional that specializes in HubSpot. Let there not be any confusion RevOps professionals ARE HubSpot admins.
To help navigate the intricacies of “becoming” a HubSpot admin, we are holding three live events. In this first one, we will explore the framework we created that provides a path for new and veteran HubSpotters to level up their skills and pursue excellence as Revenue Operations professionals. Through this 5 stage framework, we will define what it means to be a RevOps professional, and give specific, practical advice on “becoming” a HubSpot Admin.

this is a very good guide for thr levels of skills needed. do you have any recommendations for teaching marketers important IT and change management concepts ? what if someone is the HubSpot admin but they don't have any of this experience? where can they start educating themselves? there are many two and three person shops out there who have creative skills but don't know the discipline behind administering systems and they are often too afraid to touch anything.
