Seeing that old dirty beatup okuma lathe makes me happy - i got a LB15 that looks like its been throug a war or two. but it makes perfect parts still!

The guy even said he's not a machinist but an engineer. Basically this guy is going to try and reinvent the wheel for all the other machinist who have been there longer than him.

@@ernestodiaz9951 maybe or learn to trust their experience and grow from it. I've seen both types and had to try to get both perspectives to work together. A lot of times there are better ways to do things, but sometimes the old ways are better because they are consistent and proven.

seriously who the hell buys a business without ever working in it directly? i have been at this for 16 years and if that guy bought a place i was at my box would break the sound barrier getting into the bed of my truck 🤣🤣
