Great podcast guys. Love the stuff about knowing your history regarding past scholars, the humanitarian and transpersonal roots of coaching, and the assumptions that we make about our coachees. I’m providing organizational coaching at a behavioral health agency and this was a great resource. Are you guys familiar with peer support? We employ a lot of them and it’s another modern, humanitarian variation on coaching which emphasizes a more personal connection than most professional roles in the field.
