PNN, Arkholics and Locust are imo the Corinthian league, where they get completely outmaneuvered in the end. Wayfarers are clearly Egypt here, just standing by the side, playing the long game, then buttfucking everyone. Trafalgar is Napoleon, hollowing out the National assembly until he literally has all the power. This had so many historical parallels it's crazy.
