Probably 20% should have worked to make him relatively average. 40-80% to be on par with Moon perhaps. But Sun has a spiky intelligence profile so the best course would have been to map his intelligence and only improve the aspects that need improving.

Of course we knew Moon increasing Sun's intelligence too high was a bad idea, but at least he not only fixed Sun after the incident of Sun nearly going rouge, but he increased Sun's intelligence by 2% which I guess is good enough for him. Though I wish it was more like 5% or 10%, that would've been a good percentage for Sun. :3

Oh boy, Sun has turned into a jerk when becoming smart, saw that coming a mile away lol. The little "Lunar" and "Eclipse" reference has me laughing too, making them purposefully dumb too haha. I am cackling at Monty saying "I can't have fun anymore.." after he was told he couldn't use wrecking balls to knock Sun out. Sun also working fast and getting a bank in Sweden is sending me in for a loop, dude was working fast, thank goodness Moon and Monty stopped him though. Sun is back to normal though with only 2% smartness, which honestly is already a vast improvement from him normally and from him being so insanely smart-
