No govt or municipal offcer comes to check regularly, they just stay in office and do corruption. Why common people do not hold municipal officer and councilor responsible and punish him? कश्मीर दिल मे दर्द छुपा रखा है, ऐ कश्मीर तुझे यादों मे बसा रखा है , डूबता सूरज आज भी शीतल गर्मी का एहसास करा जाता है , रात की तन्हाईयों मे भी हर तरफ , बस पागल सा कश्मीरी चांद भरपूर नजर आता है, बह्की हुई वादियों की शाम, और रुई के फाहों सा, चेहरे पर झिलमिलाते गोले, याद वैसे ही आते हैं, जैसे बिछड़े हो मुद्दत से हम्साया मेरे, क्या करू वो दिन भूले नही भूलता, गरम कांगड़ी लिये घूमते थे हम भाई बहन, आज भी खूश्बू केसर के मचलते है उंगलियों के पोरो पर, और दामन से उठती है, कहवा की महक , उस मोहब्बत का आलम , क्या कहने बिछडे हो मुद्दत से हमसाया कोई, टीस रह रह कर रूह से निकलती है इतनी , खता छोटी सी ही थी न मेरे भोले ?साधू निकला, हमे बचा न सका, कश्मीर के हिन्दू क्या इतने गये गुजरे से हुए? एक मुक्क्म्ल ठौर न दे पाई खुद की कश्मीर तुझे, दीन ईमान की कसम खाने वाला, एक मुसलमान मेरा भाई न बना, हिफाजत न किया, राह न तका, शायद रिश्ते मे पड़ी खाद ही जरायम निकली, कैसे बैरी हुए हमसे, तुम ही मेरे ऐ हम वतन? कुछ तो खौफ किया होता अल्लाह का, अल्लाह के बंदे, बदनाम उसको भी किया, मौला तुने, वाहे हिन्द के हिमालय का ताज लिये सर पर, एक मुक्कम्ल सा स्वर्ग की तसावीर था मेरा कश्मीर, शायद इसिलिये दुश्मनो से देखा न गया, पुरखों की वादियां को खिजाब बना, कर दिया राख खुद के ही चमन को, जिन्दगी जी लेंगे कश्मीर, तेरे बिन फिर भी, कचोट देती है तमन्ना लेकिन, तेरे लकड़ी से जलूं, तेरे माटी में मिलूं , काश मर कर ही सही, कश्मीर मै तुझसे मिलू, कोई तो होगा जो मेरे मान को लौटायेगा? ऐ कश्मीर तुझे मुझसे मिला पायेगा
