That the first beat of our heart in our mother's womb is the moment our soul enters the body is the most beautiful, wonderful thing I've heard in a long time.

The “soul/spirit” enters the body in full upon the “wind of birth” or the first breath taken. This is in many esoteric documents, along with gnostic texts but for me, Greg’s spiritual brother “as he says” Lee Carroll/Kryon has also explained this in detail.

I was raised in a cult like religion, that promotes all negativity and teaches us that armageddon, it's coming at any moment, and we learn to live in a state of fear, and separation, but 6 years ago i woke up to an intirely new reality, and outlook on life, Greg and joe dispenza are life savers..after living in a state of complete negativity, the flip in my life was almost too powerful for me to handle, but i persistently stayed positive and started to create an amazingly beautiful life, and started using the laws of attraction and with my new discovery, started helping others with the same issues..so much has changed because of this knowledge that i dont even recognize myself..and for that im eternally grateful..please dont ever stop teaching..

I lost the love of my life 6 days ago, he died very suddenly and leaves behind a wife and 7 month old baby. It would be his first father's day tomorrow 😢I'm shattered and am finding your podcast really comforting. My beloved's trauma sat in his stomach all the way down to the anus. He battled daily with unexplainable abdominal spasms. I did lots of breathing exercises with him during these painful days, although they didn't always take them away, the breath work made the spasm shorter. I was trying to get him to meditate with me, but he was very stubborn that way. My poor man was a very broken, but very very very good man. I'm not sure how I'm going to do this, but i have a long case of medical malpractice coming, the doctor could go to jail. I must sty strong to fight for my man, who always fought for everyone else. Thank you Andre, for helping me through this

Mr.Braden, at 16 years old my dad purchased your book “the divine matrix” I put it on the shelf for years. Never disposing it or letting it go, through all of my losses it was one thing I held on to. I didn’t. Begin to read it until I was 20 and in college. I’d faced many dark nights of the soul prior, without an inner standing of what I was experiencing. I must send you the highest gratitude and appreciation for the enlightenment. I read it in absolute divine timing and it has profoundly changed my outlook and perception of life itself. Without you Gregg I wouldn’t be who I am today. Thank you for being one with one. And all with all.

Quantum physics is the power of God Almighty, The Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ came to teach us how to restore and lift the veil that fell over our souls ( thinking and feeling) inner body, with the Source- God. What Jesus taught is what is not really practice in Church. We must study the great spiritual giants of the Church, eg, St Augustine, Martin Luther, Newton, Wesley brothers, and many others. Greg, you are revealing mysteries, which Apostle Paul mentioned in 2 Cor 12. It has been briefly downloaded to me on two occasions. Prasing God and staying close to Him open these secrets 🙏

I am 74 year old woman. Around 10 years ago I was dying from HepC (infected when a nurse) complications. I went through a course of highly toxic drugs to kill the virus. That almost killed me & had to reduce the dosage. For some reason the doctors decided to give me a plasma transfusion. I was too ill to stop them at the time. I did not and do not eat gluten, red meat, junk food nor did I imbibe in alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. I did daily meditation and had a healthy lifestyle . Within days after the transfusion I started getting cravings for hamburgers, fries, and other junk foods. When I walked on the street I started searching for discarded cigarette butts to smoke and wanted to go to a bar to drink beer. Ugh! Eventually I realized the plasma had come from a street person with bad habits. I had a vision of him one day. He was unkempt in an ill fitting soiled suit with straggly hair, cigarette hanging out of his mouth, I knew this was the donor and i wondered why I was given male plasma. He was in me for 4 long years. It was a nasty experience and I will never accept a transfusion or someone else's body parts ever again. I resisted all his lowlife cravings but I don't feel I've ever been the same since. Just so you know it doesn't have to be a heart transplant to gain that person's proclivities.

I'm sorry you went through this but the person you speak of as a lowlife street person was someone's son possibly father, brother, Uncle, nephew, husband. For whatever reason they lost their way and ended up on the street which I'm sure was not their life goal. Whether they were an addict, had mental health issues or just down on their luck they were suffering and needed healing. Regardless of who they were in life you should be grateful to them f for giving you a second chance at life. Without that lowlife as you call them you might not be here. Maybe they were the only doner that matched. I don't mean to be disrespectful ma'am as you are my elder and another human being that deserves respect. I just hope my words maybe help you to look at people and this situation a little differently and with less judgement and more compassion. Bless you

Watching this, and looking around me, everywhere makes me realise how badly conditioned the masses are, like it is bad. But to the curious few, combined with how information is now at our fingertips, who are out there knowing something in this life we have been taught, isn’t right, who then come across truth speakers and educators like yourselfs, and yes I am fully aware that Gregg could get in a LOT of trouble for giving information like this to the people, is such a blessing. Gregg i have only learned about you today and that’s because I had stumbled upon this channel and Andre today too. This has given me so much belief in myself. Keep the light shining the BOTH of you. Hi... I genuinely sympathise with your Mom's life story and am personally going through the most painful and debilitating 2 x autoimmune disseases a human being can possibly aquire and have been bedbound for over 4 years. It's been absolutely "hell on earth" and I'm pretty certain it was past traumas that triggered these disseases following my serious accident ruining my right Ankle, back, neck and hips following a bad fall 17 years ago... My Ankle, Back, Neck and Hips so damaged but then I lost my Girlfriend the love of my life, lost my Carreer, lost the ability to walk, lost my cars, flat, hobbies, lost my ability to go out with my Son and had to sell everything I had just to survive... That's a 'lot' of traumas over just a 12 month period but I had an abusive childhood on top with violent parents stuck in a messy divorce so the traumas run deep. I pray your Mom reaches a point of remission or even better a full healing 🙏 I (truly) understand chronic dissease and the torture that comes along with it and so empathise with your experience. Xx🧘♂️NAMASTE🧘♂️xX

I didn’t believe in NDE’s but in the book she was so sincere I could tell she wasn’t trying to deceive anyone so I didn’t discount what she said and I put it on a shelf in my mind and said, “Lord, if this is real show me!” Two years later I died falling off a roof, and I went somewhere. I kept telling people that I went somewhere when I fell. When they told me that I had died, it all made sense!!! If I hadn’t read the book or had discounted it as a lie, I wouldn’t have understood it!

Andre, I listen to a lot of podcasts and you are an absolutely exceptional host. I never would have thought I would ever say to myself I needed to check in with my heart, and I do it all the time now, and when I meditate (which is basically daily) I go for heart-brain coherence first. I don’t want to ramble, but I genuinely do love you both as family that’s as weird as I am, and I appreciate what you both do so so so very much. Thank you 🙏🏼 💜💜

I had major depression for decades and sometimes medication would help for a time but other times it didn’t. I finally stopped taking antidepressants altogether and I’ve delved deeply into the teachings that Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, and others have shared and it has helped me tremendously. I now only have brief periods of Depression that are nowhere near as severe as what I used to experience. I am not saying to stop taking any medications you have been prescribed. That is something that you must discuss with your doctor(s) and or psychiatrist, which I did that and am still under their care and they are making sure that I don’t make foolish decisions. I am still and have been under the continual care of a therapist and have been doing therapy twice a month for the past four years and have dealt with many things from my past and sometimes I had to revisit different experiences to deal with different aspects of them that has affected me in different situations and in different ways throughout my life and it’s taken me a long time and a lot of painful experiences and difficult situations and times and I made choices that were not beneficial for me or others in my life. I have come to terms with much of my past and all the impacts of it. I am finding a greater understanding and appreciation for all of my past and my present experiences and I know now that there are choices and paths I can choose that I am willing to pursue and there are others that I am not willing to go down. And I have free will to choose. I choose to follow the path that leads me to healing and being in state of coherence with love and kindness, peace and compassion, for myself and for others. I wish you healing of your mind and body, your heart and soul, whenever you are ready for it. I don’t what your path has been or what it will be or what it all entails however I know that you will be given what you need to get thru this if you ask the universe and the source of all and in time you will be able to look back and see that you were given what you needed. I have found that is very true for me. It wasn’t always in the way I visualized the answer would be, but in fact it was better for me. Be well and do not give up. I wish you much joy and peace. And much much love.

Part two was well worth the wait. Greg Braden is amazing. First time I really listened to him for that long and there were just so many valuable things and he's incredible at synthesizing all of it. Powerful orator. That was very touching at the end how he got vulnerable and told André he needed the praise after all the difficult times. It's good for people who are far along on this spiritual path to remind us that they're still human and still suffer. I don't know, I feel like there's something important in that. In this era of social media people that are on the spotlight (especially in this community) tend to shy away from sharing their pain and I think that disconnects us from an important part of the human experience and makes us feel more lonely as a result so that was sweet and appreciated. Very wholesome and heartwarming. Most helpful tidbit in there for me was the heart institute's tip. I put a reminder on my phone for noon everyday : shift focus, shift breath, shift feeling. I'll be giving that a try 😊

I greatly appreciate the reference to Gibran. In The Prophet Gibran also says “I have learned silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind. Yet strange, I am ungrateful to these teachers”. Gibran is highlighting the important fact that everyone in our environment, everyone we meet, the good and the less good, are our teachers. Blessings to all on your souls journey.❤❤❤

🙏much Love ❤️ from Canada. I truly don’t know where I would have ended up had I not had a total breakdown of my health and a therapist encouraged me to look into the work of Mr. Gregg Braden, Dr Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe just before the pandemic. ❤ I also lost my mom! ( the last of my family) . It was incredibly hard, especially with the pandemic restrictions. I’ve Lost many friends and colleagues that didn’t agree with my stance on freedom of speech. I am very much alone! (chronic illness is isolating in itself) I’ve struggled to even find a reason to stay on this crazy planet..but here I am, hanging on as best I can! These podcasts are so so important!🙏🥹 They have been a life line! ❤ And I’m thrilled to say I hopefully will see Gregg in Toronto in September!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 something I didn’t think was even possible for me!! Miracles are possible!! Blessings to everyone reading this!! ❤ we all are in this together! 🙏thank you for these wonderful conversations !! I don’t feel so alone when I read the comment sections!! ❤❤

You are not alone, I know many people who send their loving thoughts to all beings everyday. I also do that every morning when I meditate, spreading thoughts of love and kindness to all. Think of that and feel energized. We are not alone in this world. There are many kind people who care about fellow human beings even though we don't see each other. ❤❤❤

You said, 'I’ve struggled to even find a reason to stay on this crazy planet.' Let me tell you that you are here because you are needed. Just your spiritual presence is doing more than you can imagine. I know what you are going through. I got myself up by making everything I could beautiful in my house and garden - not spending money, just improving everything, and I felt I was pushing against evil by being like this. I know you must take time out, but we need you. You are important. Love and blessings to you, my dear.

"My Kabbalah teacher a long time ago has taught us to practice meditation using our breathing first, like Gregg have just described. Then we use our mind, heart, and liver as tools for manifestation. According to this practice, the brain represents electricity, the heart acts as a conductor, and the liver gravity."

Yes, thank you Andre for allowing Gregg to freely speak and finish his thought process which is so important for us to digest. Some interviewer's are so quick to finish listening to an answer and they rush the guest to continue to answer more questions. When they do this we miss out on the most important message that the guest wants to deliver. I enjoy listening to both of you. I could listen to you lovely souls for hours. I learn so much, it is very much appreciated for all of your combined wisdom. Bless both of you!:)

I had an extremely traumatic childhood, and very often other people who have also had traumatic times have apologised to me because they feel their trauma is unworthy compared to mine. I've always told them your trauma is just as big for you as mine is for me, the actual severity of the events does not matter, it's how it felt to each person that matters.

Gregg I will also be 70 this year, I have also lost friends with whom I have been with for 50+ years, someone important in my life gave me the book The Prophet at age 35 and I still have it today, we share a lot of similarities. My brother and my sister have listened to you over 14 years and they are the ones who introduced me to your podcasts recently. I hope you continue to serve us with more podcasts in the future. I have been a follower for Dr Dwyer since his first book Erroneous Zone and his picture was not the one I would have choose to put on the book it’s quite scary but I have followed him for decades and I have also been on a spiritual journey since the day I received my grade one prayer book. Andrea for such a young man your dedication and inspiration give me hope also for our young people. So very enlighting these talks but must be taken with discernment that comes from Gods own heart through his Holy Spirit within us.

The message from Gregg goes far beyond the quality of science he brought to it, it is his empathetical quintessence that transcends it. Empathy has always been something of greater good to me, that invisible bound that attracts interaction, creation and nurtures evolution. I feel the same listening to the (rare) likes of Gregg. Grateful for the content, I did not know of his work prior to these two episodes. Will grab a book.

I love the experience he shared with us about how the woman communicated through the plant world because I really relate to that. I don’t see or sense angels or other types of guides although some animals and plants are much more what I am in tune with. That makes finally to me. I’ve never really listened to Gregg’s teachings before but I happened to catch the part 1 of this podcast yesterday and part 2 showed up on my feed today and so much of what he has shared resonates with me. I have followed Joe Dispenza and some of Bruce Lipton’s talks and many others but I hadn’t listened to Gregg’s and I’m so glad that I did because it has really helped me and brought me full circle. I am in the middle of a major upheaval in my life. I’m having to move out of my apartment within a week and put everything in storage and then try to find a new place to live but don’t have any idea where I’m going to live or stay until I do except I plan to do some camping out in my cargo van which I have always planned to convert to a camping van and this a good time of year to be homeless for a couple of months so I guess this a new adventure for me and I’m looking forward to that and thank Andre and Gregg for all the knowledge and wisdom you have shared and I look forward to listening to much more of you both! I am grateful to be a part of your community and family. I have been looking for a soul family to be a part of. Thank you from the depths of my heart. Much love to you both.

Thank you Gregg and Andre. I wept when Gregg said, "some people's trauma is released through taste or breath or sweat of metal." Once, I embarked on this spiritual journey, every time I come back from a run, my teen children always say ohh you smell of metal, dad. I got whipped a lot when I was young on my right palm. Surprise surprise, in 2004, I developed rheumatoid arthritis in my fingers. Only recently through this journey, the swelling is limited to one finger (on and off during winter). As Gregg says, the healing never stops and is dependent on how deep our heart is willing to tune into the infinite energy field and recognising that we need to take action to continuously heal. I'm glad to have stumbled on this channel. Gregg and Bruce Lipton's teachings have also been of great help in my healing process.

In the Orient people have been thinking with their hearts for thousands of years. The brain is a processing center. If you want to think about it along the lines of chakras, at the top of our heads at the pineal gland is represented by consciousness and Buddha; the brain or mind represented by Muhammad; and the greatest healer known to humanity, the heart is represented by Jesus.
