If anyone is wondering how to macro challenges, heres my method (the fastest ((i think)) but you need to be quite strong) Im using True Yoru and i can solo it till wave 100 in 20 minutes (would be way less if the 2 awakened dragon bosses came to you at wave 98 and 99 and if i had the armour artifact), after you beat wave 100 you get the usual restart pop up. Setting up the macro is very easy. You just press the mouse a couple of times on the spot where the yes button is and your combo with the sword is F,U,E wait like 1-2 seconds, activate observation because you could die to Tot musica boss and then Q. There you go.

You need to get Gut's sword it has the best sword mode buff in the game that multiplies all dmg, 2.1x Overall, 1.5x sword stacked, 3x speed, 1.5x dash speed, 1.5x geppo speed, 5% dodge, 1.5x dmg reduction buffs, or you can pirate kings sword or jigoku santoryu while zangetsu only buffs 1.7x also you need to get Leopard v3 or Gyuki (auriga) because those are the best fruits i the game
