Adrenaline makes the heart beat faster, causes blood pressure to go up and gives you more energy. Cortisol, the primary stress hormone, increases sugar, also called glucose, in the bloodstream, enhances the brain's use of glucose and increases the availability of substances in the body that repair tissues. The smaller the surface area the greater the pressure. Emotional stress or worry is an extrapolation and multiplication anxiety. Relative to myself, I find that when I am confronted with this situation I train myself to deep breath slowly and forearm myself to utilize my senses to work in tandem with each other and it works best with my eyes closed and start a deep conversation within my self. The moment I channel my thought process and work on ways as to how I should act regarding the stimulus I find that having to act impulsively makes the stress levels go hay wire. Therefore, I speak to myself more in depth and acquire the skills of listening rather than hearing. The process which follows is do I act or do I step away. If I do act then I should think it a couple times over and execute the action well keeping in mind well that the result we cultivate should be one with a positive result. If the result is going to negative change the approach with the mind still being in focus. When mind processes and processors work in tandem the body listens harmoniously. The thought process should not be blocked when the stress level is out of control. Sitting still in a conducive environment, closing the doors to outside stimuli or disturbances and then allow all thoughts to enter the mind and let them flow freely will yield best results. Embrace and harvest thoughts which allows us to gain insight to the stimulus which will yield conducive results and the thoughts which cause stress and pain will be pacified until they become infinitesimally small. Thank you for this, it keeps my mind in check. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I think am broken…the stress wheel has gone on for so long all I can do is sleep and pray. -Covert narc mother -Registered nurse 20yrs -hospice nurse during Covid -ADHD, PMDD, perimenopause, fibroids, I improved my anemia 🎉 Last jobs were unethical, corruption/deception, offering bribes for nurses to do illegal activities. I’m burnt out, my home is under foreclosure and I tried bankruptcy but the payments are out of reach. Now unemployment, bankruptcy may be discharged this month. As I’m praying I can be at peace beyond understanding And the next minute I’m not sure which way to go. If I sell the house where will I go? Time is running out and I need to make a decision, I feel I can’t save myself but God can. Thanks for allowing me to vent while I am in isolation…

Hi I hope things have settled for you. My immediate thoughts are you have amazing nursing skills and you need somewhere to live, with some thinking time. Live in carers are in great demand and the pay can be pretty good. Glad the Anemia is better. Vitamin B12 injections may help you and any elderly clients in the future. Good luck.

There are as many unhappy people who had a successful corporate career as proportionally unhappy people who haven't had a successful corporate career. Happiness doesn't have anything to do with having a successful Career in the past. It Is more about having expectations about the present and future and being okay with what's coming at you and understanding that you have no control over everything and the only thing that matters is how you react to the events in your life that come at you.
