Such a humble person and a great doctor. When I met him, I find him so different, he was so kind, his experience was there in each advice he has given and his personality resembles he is a doctor- the real doctor. He did a successful brain surgery of my family member and I am always grateful to him 🙏

Very happy to watch Dr Rajiv and his progress in Neuroscience. I had seen him BS 2057 when he was MO in ER of Bir hospital. He was very energetic and popular at that time . That time Dr Gopal Khanal (Head of ER) had provided me the opportunity for the exposure of emergency while I was doing my internship in BAMS.

I don't think much has changed since then. Still his energy is unapparelled to anything you've seen. I am very proud of his dedication to his patients.

I was fortunate enough to be on the O.T. with Dr. Rajiv. I was there to provide assistance as an Associate Service Engineer along with the senior Service Engineer. I was so nervous because it was my second case. I have heard so much of Dr. Jha from my colleague, about how he was so strict and all. As a novice, it made me absolutely petrified. However, as the operation started, Dr. Jha had already entered the theatre earlier, he instructed the nurse to play some background music. I chuckled thinking that he was joking. He then looked at me standing in a corner and smiled. He said, "Do you really think that I don't need my stress-buster for this stressful situation?" and laughed. I don't know how he kept his focus, despite Resham playing in the background because I just couldn't stop tapping my feet to its beat. Needless to say, he performed the surgery like he was sewing a piece of cloth. On top of that, he kept the environment very lively, something that I have never imagined an operation thatre to be. Though we were not able to fully assist him with neuro monitoring that day, but it was the best day of my life as a medical engineer. Hands down the best neurosurgeon in Nepal!
@sanmisds092 жыл бұрын
Well said! I've been hanging around with neurosurgeons for too long now and what I hear is when the music stops that's when things are going sideways.
