Most definitely a game changer Dave Canterbury, many of your followers have been waiting on this nice bedroll. Pathfinder Gear just keeps putting out top quality gear. Dave and his design team has already perfected this gear, just can't get any better than that.

This reminds me of the old Buzzacott bed roll without the side flaps to make it into a tent. Still great to see a variation of this in production.

A couple of applications for this piece of kit in addition to a sleep system is: Firewood conveyance. Two ppl could load this bear UP w firewood! Use mule tape or paracord on either end as handles and a person on each side could pack the crap out of some firewood back to camp. #2: Fjrst aid. This would make a heck of a stretcher! Run two poles long enough for stretcher handles. If there is enough ppl, make the stretcher poles li g enough for TWO ppl on either end😃

Guys I appreciate the video but would you mind to do a separate video on putting the parachord in to make the hammock? It was really hard to see what the guy was doing with the p chord & he really did it so fast I couldn’t even see how he did it. I could see the triangle when he got finished but I couldn’t see how he did the stitch. Maybe if someone could do it with some bright Orange or Green p chord you could see what he was doing.

I get a bit confused between a sleeping bag liner (slippery silk) and a bedroll sleeve. I'd go for your new bedroll sleeve over a liner.

Ive been useing a canvas tarp that I got from Menards, Im interested as I used my system but my only concern is is it big enough to make it an A frame? My plan with my kit was to make an optional attachment where I can have "sides" and "a door" on trips where I would like overhead coverage or bringing a partner.

Question? I just recently purchased your pathfinder hammock system, and it’s everything you said it was. Great purchase! The bed roll sleeve looks like it could be used as an under quilt to the hammock? I also think it would make a great ground sheet for my lite fighter 1 man tent. Would love to hear your thoughts and see what you come up with. Thanks Dave.

Hi Dave. How much does the whole bedroll system weigh with the sleeping pad? Just curious. I’m thinking my dad would really like this, but he’s gonna ask me how much it weighs. He’s just like that. :) Thank you.
