Buying a home is not easy. For many people, it takes a lifetime of savings to own a flat. Yet, there are few builders who cheat innocent home buyers by resorting to various tricks. It's very important to be aware of such things when you're on the lookout for the home of your dreams as a lot of your hard-earned money is involved.
In this video, I will bring forward one example of a manipulation done in the bedroom plan by a builder/real estate developer and show how you can design it to circumvent the issue.
This is the same old 1 BHK (Mumbai) of a previous video in which I’ve shown how you can design the living room so as to convert it from 1 BHK to a 2BHK.
