I agree with you, life is such an effort but so is death. I’ve managed to pass my hectic depression stages (me being unwilling to talk to a psychiatrist) but now I reflect a lot and worry that my decisions on other things may be to blame for my previous depression situations. But overall I hear and feel you ☮️☸️🕉🌺
