This house is such a joke . For 16k? Kenya developers need better knowledge on planning of spaces. 16 thousand bedsitter should Atleast fit a couch. Or maybe have a separate bathroom and washroom. The balcony is small also. The finishing looks like it’s the one making you pay that rent . As for spacing and planning ,this isn’t it for me. But great video all in all.

Quite small though well finished. There are others just next to this. They are yet to finish them. R quite spacious and planned well. Also going for 16k. To note the road to the place is off-road but still passable and the other entrance to the apartment is near nothern bypass. They r much better than this.
