Merab vs O’Malley(if he wins) would be good main event for Noche UFC at the Sphere in September because it’s the closest you could get to two Mexicans headlining a card on Mexican Independence Day. I don’t think Grasso will headline because WMMA isn’t good for marketing, at least not for something big like the Sphere. Moreno and Yair, the two biggest Mexican stars, aren’t champions, so they can’t headline it either.
