Here is the Sahara desert it's not advisable to stop and pickup people you never know I even heard stories of some taxi driver taking an oldman, the oldman asked him to stop in the middle pf nowhere, the driver was confused and thought the oldman must be a nomad and started looking around to see a tent or something, but didn't see anything and thought the oldman is senile or don't see well so wanted to confirm of he really wanted to stop here, but the oldman disappeared while the driver was looking around, but that place was flat and it was impossible for him to disappear or run away in. In contrast to the current scientific model of the universe, we don't exist in a gravitational universe but an electromagnetic universe. There are four states of matter; gas, liquid, solid and plasma. That light in the sky was a typical plasma ball which is known to move quite easily, flicker on and off and affect electrical equipment like street lights. Many of the ufos that people witness are actually plasma balls because they can change color and break off into smaller ones.

I live near Durango Colorado and used to haul cars down to oil fields in NM and Texas. Seen some really creepy things at night. Weirdest was in the middle of nowhere at 3am in New Mexico and someone standing on the side of the hwy wearing what appeared to be a bee keepers suit. They were staring off into the distance and as I passed, turned to look at me. I didn't know what to make of it. No reason for them to be there. Also, in Colorado I watched a horse run alone the side of the highway and then cross in front of me. It was so strange though because it didn't look real. It was like I was watching something out of a movie. I could see every muscle rippling on the horse and seemed like it was running too fast to be real. Strangely majestic looking is the best way I can describe it. It still gives me chills thinking about it. This happened on ute tribal land in southwest Colorado, also late at night. I'm kind of curious if anyone else has seen something like this with the horse thing. Also, would it be normal for a horse to move like this at night? By itself? With nothing chasing it? I'm getting creeped out now lol

@@joeg5414 My dad actually has a similar story from around the time he and my mom first got married. They were driving over Cedar Mountain (37.59304877316277, -112.89508706392505) in southern Utah and my mom was asleep. It was late at night, past midnight, and my dad saw something out of the corner of his eye that was a horse shape and white and slightly glowy in the moonlight (but it was a full moon so it could have just been reflecting the moonlight and not actually glowing). Since that area has a lot of turns and a lot of deer he didn't dare take his eyes off the road long enough to actually get a good look at it. He felt like it was a protector spirit of some kind but it did spook him a bit because it stayed with them for whole mile despite him being a chronic speeder and those roads having no shoulder with the forest and hills right up against the asphalt. My mom teases him about seeing a unicorn. At nearly the exact same spot on that road I saw a shadow person materialize in front of the car just after midnight while on a trip with them, nobody else saw it and there was no impact.

Many decades ago I was in my 20s and home on leave. When I left Amarillo at night to drive back to Omaha I came upon a Cadillac parked in the right lane of the hi-way with both doors open. I have no explanation for the feeling of terror that came over me. I stopped 25-30 yards behind the car. The dome light was on, the engine was running and the headlights were on. I ran several scenarios of what could be going on, but the sense of terror ruled out all reasonable explanations. I drove into the left lane and slowly approached looking into the darkness for some clue or somebody. I was actually shaking when I drove past the Cadillac. I could clearly see the car was empty. I felt I should stop to see if somebody needed help, but I found myself accelerating away as fast as I could. I don't know to this day what that was all about, but I don't believe I have ever been as frightened in my life of anything as I was of that empty car. It has been almost 50 years since that happened and I still think about it.

For sure! We tend to forget the big reason we domesticated predators like dogs and cats is because they are far more sensitive to certain things than we ever can hope to be. Sounds literally beyond our ears to process may be as loud as marching bands to them. True, there is also the opposite. When people notice something but animals dont react at all. Happened about 25 years ago to me, we( me, my mom and a few others + about 5 dogs) were in our summer cottage in the middle of nowhere in lapland when I heard footsteps from just outside the door, they seemed to go on for about 30secs and then suddenly stopped. I asked if the others had heard em and they said yes, the dogs however did not react to these footsteps at all. In comparison when one of the local fellas came for a visit the dogs started barking as soon as they heard his steps and when we explained to him about those odd footsteps he just laughed and said that stuff like that happen around the area.

Great stories, artwork and narration, as always. I know what it is like to walk down a dark road to get home. I remember leaving a party because I couldn’t get a ride home. My journey that night took me from one end of town to the outskirts of town where I lived. I was tired but I kept moving. I walked along a highway and into a heavy fog bank. It was so thick I could barely see a few feet in front of me. There were trucks moving at high speed and passing within a few feet from where I was walking on my left side. On my right side, I could here the sounds of bull frogs and other creatures in the woods. The sound was almost deafening. I kept walking. I happened to look up to the sky and noticed a single star. The fog slowly cleared up and I made it home safely.

@@DinnerForkTonguesounds like a roo to me although you're never going to find an explanation that fits perfectly in paranormal stories because the imagination likes to twist the mundane into the monstrous. But if a cop can turn a tailess iguana into human sized frogman than this guy could've turned a big Gray roo into a weird humanoid monster.

I-70 is very much a highway of sorrows. I was pulled over after a night of driving in order to get some rest. Not 5 minutes later I heard what could only be described as screams of panic and fear. Needless to say, all feeling of fatigue disappeared as I hastily got back behind the wheel and left that area. Despite the detour, I use I-80 from now on.

Driving on an unlit B Road, leaving Helensburgh, Scotland and a head of me, in the distance, I see something that seemed white, about 9-12 feet, two legged and striding very quickly over the road, over a fence like it wasn't even there, and into the trees, which I knew where there but couldn't see, due to the darkness left and right. "Deer" I told myself. Maybe I just couldn't discern it's rear half and it was very tall and the wrong colour and didn't even need to jump a fence. "Deer".

My family moved to Wales when I was a teen and I had numerous treks down the very dark lanes alone to visit friends or get the bus up on the main road a couple of miles from the house, we lived in a tiny hamlet in the middle of nowhere and set into the bottom of a valley. Many a night I got spooked, the banks were so high with trees at the top so it really was black. There were rumours in that area too, of wildcats and even a Wolverine type thing. Luckily I wasn’t eaten at any point, lol, but between the lanes in rural England and Wales that I’ve found myself on in the dark, I can definitely get why it would be unnerving… let alone our plethora of paranormal spookiness

Origionally from England, when i was 13yrs old my parents & i went to Australia as my dads company were opening offices there which he was to set up in Sydney, NSW. After about a year i found a penfriend from way up in Queensland & she was Aborigional. After corresponding for quite a while, she invited me up to stay with her & her family during the long school summer holidays. After speaking with her parents my mum & dad let me go to stay & to see that part of the country my parents drove me up there My penfriend, called Jassy & I had a great time & she took me to see the Elders of her town They told us some great stories of myth & legend but also things that haunt the Outback. These stories were really scary & We were told never to be out at dark outside the town, ever as there were entities that would trick us into thinking they were from my friends family & lure us out there but we'd be wrong & we would never be seen again. They told of drivers on roads thereabouts & at night who came across some terrible things Subhuman things, like man type Dingo's or as we'd term today as Dogmen. These creatures would tear someone limb from limb & eat them. Also the evil Kangaroo devil trapping anyone out alone during the night time. Then there were things that had been around since before the Aboriginies lived on the land To me they sounded like Goblins About 4ft tall but squat, hairy & very ugly & they were strong & killed livestock & people with their bare hands. The elders also described things from swampy areas like dinosaurs, An other creature called the Bunyip & tall wraith like things that took away a persons mind so that they walked about like a zombie until they killed themselves or walked out into the Bush & were never found There is a wealth of Aborigional myth & legend but of the things i heard from the Elders that were extremely unsettling & scary & had happened to people from their town over the years. Thank you Bedtime Stories i love your channel 🇬🇧👧🕊

Many years ago my Aunt and Uncle were driving home on a dark country road in Florida. They hadn't realized they missed their turn a few miles back and continued west on Hwy 70 towards DeSoto County. They passed an old man walking alone and found that really odd, given how far from anywhere they were. A few miles later they realizing they had missed their turn. My Uncle John did a U-turn and head back. About a mile after their turn around, he noticed a bright light coming up the road. He thought it was a car until it flew over them at high speeds. It made no sound. Unnerved, they continued and were going to ask the old man they saw if he'd seen that light. He was gone. They found their turn. The 3-way intersection was lite by a street lamp that was off when they went by before.

About 20 years ago, I pulled onto the M42 motorway heading South from the A5 in the middle of a relatively sunny weekday afternoon. It's usually an extremely busy stretch of Motorway, after about a minute I noticed..... there was no one else there. Not one other car. Not infront, not in the rear view. From horizon to horizon..... nothing. Odd. Then realised..... there was nothing on the Northbound carriageway either. Not a single car. It started to feel really REALLY weird. Then realised there was nothing on the overpasses either (this was not SO unusual) this went on for mile after mile, minute after minute until I started to become a little disconcerted. Usually the distance between junctions is no more than 20 minutes, but I felt like it took twice that before the next junction was signposted, the road just seemed to roll on, strangely empty into the infinite. As soon as the sign for an impending junction came round, the skies quickly darkened and it started raining like hell. Only then, seemingly inbetween swipes of rapidly moving wiper blades did I thankfully see the red tailights of other cars, that just seemed to appear. Now, the whole thing could of just been one of those funny little coincidences. I found a quiet spot. But it certainly didn't FEEL like it. Felt like I was somewhere.... else, just for a little while. Roads are strange places.
