I'm not sure that Bumblebee has a crush on Arcee, but I do think that he strongly cares about her, for example, 0:45, 2:34 or 2:37. I love the video though! EDIT: I was a child when I said this, and since I’m an older teenager/young adult now and I understand romance better, I totally ship these two and I think Bumblebee definitely has a crush on Arcee!
