I have a history of depression and suicidal thoughts. I know its cliche and cringey but listening to monty python's always look on the bright side of life always puts a smile on my face. also sit down by James for some reason always makes me slightly less sad. I still get suicidal thoughts fairly often never actually attempted and I probably will never. I get sick standing on a balcony even though I live on the 34th floor of a high rise. sometimes singing and dancing is the best cure for anything. stay strong, it can be tough its nice to put your story out there and see someone with a similar story even though we don't know anyone in the comments. :)

When you administer CPR, you must do it in fast, frequent blows to the chest. The common person does not know the correct frequency without taking a medical course.
