If you knew absolutely nothing about either of them and seeing them for the first time performing on stage your eyes would be automatically drawn to Barry. That's how it was the first time I ever saw them on tv at six years old in 1967 . Barry was the man!! He won me over and he commanded that stage!! Couldn't take my eyes off him. 🥰🥰🥰

Beautiful Barry was always playing his guitar while singing. He didn't just stand there and sing. It was very rare to see him with out his guitar. I loved to watch him really get into the music. Maurice too, who usually played bass and keyboards flawlessly. They were both very talented and versatile musicians. I just love and adore them so much🥰🥰🥰🥰

@Meme Guy... Look closely. Mo is actually playing a Strat-style rhythm guitar on stage, as he did this entire tour, and Harold "Hog" Cowart handles the bass. Mo did the bass on the original 1975 studio recording, but due to a bad back and other issues, Mo started handing off the bass work to others. But it IS a fantastic bass line created by Mo and Hog Cowart does it fine justice here live!

Best version IMO. Love how Barry abandoned the breathy vocals of the original version, love the energy of the band and the audience. The song's rhythm is so upbeat but somehow, in this performance, they were able to communicate the despair and sadness of the lyrics, especially in the chorus. The lyrical dissonance is one of the reasons why it's one of my favorites. Master songwriters and singers these brothers are.

Wow! This song should have been an A side single. It's 20/20 hindsight, but this live version of Wind of Change from their Sprits Having Flown tour should have been packaged with either their Live at Last Bee Gees album from early 1977 or their fall 1979 Greatest Hits album and released as an A side single. I know it would have been a hit. It was just too good! Flawless harmony vocals together along with a great backing band.

My Mom loved The Bee Gees. A huge fan in the 60’s before I was born and during the seventies. This was truly an amazing and exciting performance. My Mom followed The Bee Gees. The 70’s were so wild and I was a young child. I have such clear memories of these songs and performances. My Mom passed young, at age 48 close to the Millennium. I miss her terribly, but I watch these Bee Gees videos and it’s almost like we’re together again.
