Maurice seemed to be in an especially happy mood with his dancing and prancing around. It is rare to see him without his long black coat. He is usually so covered up. Seeing him without it here, he looks so thin! Love the Bee Gees and I miss the 3 of them together. Seeing Barry alone, without his brothers, at the Kennedy Center Honors was sad. I'm just glad the Kennedy Center finally honored the Bee Gees for their many decades of music and songs for them and other artists, including Dionne Warwick, who was honored with him that night. Just wished they had done it earlier when Robin and Mo were still alive.

For those who don't know & to be fair, the Kennedy Center honored Barry Gibb as a singer, songwriter & record producer. It was Barry who then shared the honor with all three of his brothers during the 2 day event.

Entonces cuando fueron Led Zeppelin solo debería haber ido Jimmy Pages y no los otros miembros... Si existiera Robin y Maurice, Barry no aceptaría porque son un conjunto. Y respeto a sus hermanos. Diferencia es ser invitado para un evento como lo fue como entre 2004 o 2005 cuando fue a 'American idols' (televisión) que fue solo y también Robin por separado, ya sea como juez o apoyo. Pero en este evento de Kennedy Center es el invitado principal (claro incluyendo a los demás invitados) Diferente es cuando fue reconocido a Paul Mccartney. Ya que durante años tuvo carrera, después de los Beatles. Y no debe estar Ringo Star. Barry Gibb en solitario no tuvo carrera exitosa. Pero cuando estaba como Bee Gees, sí fue exitoso escribiendo canciones para otros artistas (con participación de varias, poco o nula en canciones con Robin o Maurice) principalmente con las mujeres artistas: Dione Warwick, Diana Rose, Bárbara Streisand, Dolly Parton, Celine Dion, y otra que desaparecieron o hicieron solo covers. Aunque era Barry Gibb, estaba como Bee Gees. This song and many other Bee Gee songs are played loud and proud in my house .I went to a wedding once and there was a DJ who questioned why no one was and my family said you want them to dance Play some Bee Gee music .He did and that dance floor stayed packed the rest of the night !
