I love turbo props. The sound is badass and is a rush. I remember working as a ramp agent at the Appleton airport when mesaba (northwest airlink) had the Saab 340s and the Dash 8s. And Skyway / Midwest express had the beech 1900s. It sucked doing cancelations and rebooks in bad weather days but the next to free travel rocked and so was seeing and hearing those bad boys made any headaches of the job so worth it!!

justin james Looked like jetblast minimumisation on buildings. It was a Lifeflight/Medivac plane so my guess is they wanted to get going as quick as possible. Get the prop governor checks done and gone.

We did that to minimize blasting the hangars there (I wasn't flying that day there but it's common practice if we are close to buildings). It's a really tight ramp in Nelson.
