1 Small Onion cut in pieces
3 Ginger pieces 1 Inch Size
1 Bunch Garlic
1/4 Bunch Coriander Leaves
2 Green Chilli cut in pieces
1/2 Kg Beef Mince,
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
2 Tbsp. Roasted Chana Powder
1 Egg . 1/2 Tsp.Cummin Seeds crashed by hand,
1/4 Cup Oil.
1 Black Cardamom,
10 Peppercorn,
5 Cloves
1 Large Onion (200 G) Blend,
2 Tsp. Ginger/Garlic paste
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp. Kashmeri Red chilli Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Coriander Powder
4 Tbsp. Yogurt will add step by step,
2 Medium size potatoes cut in small pieces,
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala powder
1 Tbsp. Coriander Leaves,
Garnish with Coriander Leaves.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I am also living on my own away from Pakistan and miss koftay so much. Your story of learning to cook koftay while away from home resonated with me so much. I have long been thinking to try koftay and your style was quite easy to follow. I will use Shan packet so I guess chickpea flour won't be necessary.

We , usually, fry raw kofay and than add them in gravy...this method can be useful for oil reluctant people....
