Beef Caldereta ,or kalderetang baka is most popular recipe in Filipino ,this dishes made in boiled in water the meat until tender ,and sauted in oil ,with onion,garlic ,tomato sauce,tomato paste for thickened,and spices such as black pepper,and season with salt and fish sauce,with fresh vegetables like carrot,potatoes,and red bell pepper,
Ingredient:
1 kilo beef ribs
1 pack tomato sauce
1 pack tomato paste
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 PC beef broth cubes
season with fish sauce and seasoning powder( msg)
1 PC carrot
1 PC red bell pepper
1 PC potatoes
1 PC sweet potatoes for decorating
and water for beef stock
