Here's what you need:
800g Beef chuck cubed
1 packet (135g) tomato paste
2 piece tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
2 cups boiled water
1 Beef Cube
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 pcs. bayleaves
3 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 piece onion chopped
5-6 cloves garlic chopped
2 pieces medium potato cubed
2 pieces medium carrot cubed
1 piece red bell pepper sliced
3- 6 pieces red chili
cooking oil
more ground black pepper to taste
