- Beef, cut thin slices along with fiber line - baking soda and water 1/4cup. 30 mins - egg white - cirn flour 1/4 cup - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste - 1tsp soy sauce - 1 tsb chicken powder - 1/2 tsp pink salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - sesame oil - 1 tsp white vinegar Mix, marinate Fry. aik aik kar k dalain Beef chilli dry: 1tsp chicken powder 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Pink salt 2 tbsp red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp vinegar In a pan 1 tsp lehsan 1 tsp garlic 3-5 green chillies 1 shimla mirch 1 pyaz Stir fry Then add the sauce with 1/4 cup water Let it cook 1tsp cornflower and water, mix in pan Add the beef Add spring onion Rice: Boil rice . Let it cool. Oil ur wok, remove all oil, spread with kapra Now take: 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp chicken powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp White pepper 1 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Sesame oil Add 4 tbsp oil in wok 1tbsp garlic 2 eggs Cook Add rice Add sauce Green onion Mix n cook Serve with beef
