Hi AMV. The first time that I made this recipe, I used El Paso brand Enchilada sauce. The second time I used Las Palmas brand. My son and I liked the El Paso brand better. That would be a matter of opinion. Hope you are doing well!

Hi Friend. If you can't eat beef, I would strongly recommend trying impossible burger. I think that it tastes just like ground beef. I have made tacos with it and could not tell the difference. I was surprised on how yummy this recipe ended up tasting. My son really loved it. I like the El paso brand of sauce. Good luck!

Hi Lana. I made this twice. It will taste slightly different depending on which enchilada sauce you use. I like the EL Paso brand, but I like a slight spicy. Use the Enchilada sauce that your family enjoys the most. It is an easy recipe and very tasty. Thank you for watching!

Hi Cheryl. I hope that you are doing well. This pasta dish comes out really tasty. It is a quick and easy dessert. Here in Vegas, I have learned that we have 2 hot months out of the year, then in mid-September, it totally cools off. I wonder if it is the same way in AZ?? Stay well my friend.
