Recipe for delicious and tender hot smoked beef ribs:
- Choose the ribs that are as fat and fresh as possible
- Clean from films and everything superfluous
- Simmer in your favorite seasonings for 2 hours (can be 3)
- Melt the smoker and soak the fruit chips
- Remove the ribs from boiling water, let cool and spread with your favorite sauce (preferably spicy)
- We hang it in a smokehouse and keep it at a temperature of up to 100 degrees for 2 hours (3 can be)
- Done, cut, let cool and enjoy
