Wow that's quite the dish Chef Gambo. It looks like a Chinese Beef Stew. Last week on my birthday, my family took me out to a Chinese restaurant. I showed them pictures of the Chinese food I make at home that you taught me. The Chinese staff were stunned. They told me it looked very authentic. It's my wok of life. :) Thank-you Chefs Sue and Gambo for making my Chinese home cooking possible.
