Great video! You got all those guys beat with the fancy machines. The best part about it is you. Are doing it on your own. Well you and dad can build just about anything. Keep it up buddy you’re showing those guys how it’s done😊

Nice splitter and work shed! My splitter was kind of tiny and I put a 3/4 plywood table clamped to one side of it to hold half split sections, to push them out of the work zone, but real easy to grab. I use a pair of wheelbarrows while I work. One for infeed, one for output. I am going to add a pair of pallet boxes to the work flow. I did notice how you made a square block splitting off the sides, that is a really cool technique. When you pick up the outside pieces, it is a fight to try to manipulate them . I would suggest two at a time instead of 3 or 4.

Thanks its a work in progress, selling bundles and trying to make great looking firewood has been my goal and this splitter sure has helped. The work table really helps, im going to add on to the left side of mine to help while breaking down a log and on the right i want to build a lift table. I sure appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching! Take care

Do you grease the vertical beam on the splitter? Nice job on the construction👍

Thanks! Its still a work in progress, tomorrow im going to add an additional wedge support that slides with the rest of it and finish some welds. I do grease the beam. I appreciate the feedback! Take care.
